Life after life. The assessment of the Belarusian pension system by the people: the results of the focus group discussions in Minsk and regions
This paper is a part of the research about attitudes of Belarusians to the system of social protection. The research is carried out by the IPM Research Center together with BEROC. It is based on ten focus groups conducted in June 2019. Scenarios of the focus groups depended on the participants and proposed discussions on the questions of the social protection system functioning as well as the particular components of system - the pension system, the support for families with children, employment issues and social protection of the unemployed, and other (state targeted social assistance, State Social Insurance Fund, non-cash housing subsidy, benefits etc.).
