Private sector in Belarus and political crisis

This Policy Brief analyses the role of the private sector in Belarusian economic and political development, its major features and barriers as well as the  consequences the 2020 political crisis has had for business.  
The highlighted points include the reaction of business to the first wave of  COVID-19 pandemic and to the 2020 political crisis as well as the interrelation between the development of the private sector and the civil society in Belarus.
