Presentation by Lev Lvovskiy at Development Day 2018 – Gender Equality and Economic Development: From Research to Action

SITE Development Day brought together distinguished academics, industry experts, gender and development economists, policy makers and guests interested in the topic. Conference speakers and panelists discussed how gender discrimination negatively impacts the productivity of low and middle-income economies, but also how reforms and specific initiatives can better the situation.

This year conference was focused on existing constraints and also highlighted initiatives that could help to create an equal society. 


Lev Lvovskiy, Research Fellow, represented BEROC at the conference with the Presentation "What is Good, Bad, and What Could be Done with Gender Equality in Belarus".
