The Fourth Student School

The Fourth Student School in Modern Economics was held in Minsk in November - December 2014 under the financial support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The participants were introduced to the courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics. The lecturers were BEROC economists who had obtained PhD from both leading Belarusian universities and abroad and a visiting professor with PhD degree.

Working language of the school was English.

The classes were held on weekends from 10:00 till 14:40 with coffee breaks and lunches. The curriculum included intensive lectures, and group discussions. Those participants who attend not less than 80% of classes and successfully passed the final exams received the certificates.
