13th Student School in Economics and Finance

The course lecturers are the BEROC economists with PhDs in economics from leading Western universities.

This year's attendees will enjoy a bonus: practical lectures from a financial analyst and a data scientist. The list of lecturers at extracurricular classes may extend.

Course venue: online in ZOOM.

School timing: October 2023 — January 2024, 18:00 — 21:00, Thursdays and Fridays, 8-10 academic hours per week maximum.

School start date: November 2

Students will get the School Completion Certificate upon attending at least 80% of the classes, completing all three courses, and passing the exams.

Eligibility

Current Belarusian university senior grate students (grades 3-5) at the moment of applying are eligible to enroll in the School.

Admission requirements of the BEROC Student School:

• fluent command of English;

• high academic performance (average score of at least 7.5 on a ten-point scale);

Specialization in economics is not an enrollment prerequisite for the School. BEROC will accept applications from students of all majors who are interested in economics. In particular, applications from students of technical specialties (mathematics, physics, and software engineering) are very welcome.

Enrollment procedure

To enroll, please submit your application in English by October 24, 2023.
