Global Enterpreneurship Monitor

In 2021, the second study was conducted in Belarus using the Global Entrepreneurship Monitoring (GEM) methodology. The first study was completed in 2019.
Since then, Belarus faced serious challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and socio-political situation. However, most of the indicators characterizing entrepreneurial activity showed a positive trend, while a significant part of the indicators of the entrepreneurial ecosystem regressed.
