Aleh Mazol

Researcher

Aleh Mazol obtained BA in Economics from the Belarusian State Economic University (2003). In 2006 finished postgraduate program on mathematical methods in economics in the Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU).

In 2013 obtained his MA in Economics from Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).

From 2006 till 2011 worked as a teacher at the BSEU. 

In 2013 worked as a researcher for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

In 2014 worked as a research assistant for the Scientific and Research Economic Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

Since 2015 holds a position of a researcher at the Belarusian Economic Research and Outreach Center (BEROC).

Research interests: macroeconomics, emerging markets, investment, banking, financial market.

Foreign languages: English, Polish.

Specialized software: Stata, Eviews, Matlab.
